Paying us
You are trusting a new business with an address and a card. Here is exactly how we make that safe.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and you keep your card issuer's protection.
You only pay for an item after you have seen it photographed on the shop floor, price tag included. Approve nothing and you pay nothing for items.
If your shopper gets there and nothing matches your brief, the service fee comes back in full. You are never charged for a wasted trip.
